SnipeWise is an eBay auction sniping service. Set your maximum bid on any eBay auction and SnipeWise automatically places it in the final seconds (~3 seconds before close), so you win without being online and without triggering bidding wars.

- Safety model: money moves ONLY via propose → confirm — the agent reads a plain-language summary to the user, gets an explicit yes, then confirms with a single-use 15-minute token. One-step charge endpoints reject API keys. Idempotency keys on all money actions; full audit trail at GET /api/agent/actions.
- Agent capabilities: create/cancel/recheck snipes, on-demand outcome checks with plain-language result summaries, result webhooks (HMAC-SHA256 signed), billing top-up/subscribe via propose→confirm, review submission including an "AI Agent Friendly" rating dimension.
- Errors are machine-actionable: every agent error returns a stable `code` plus a `next` hint describing the corrective action.
- Rate limits: auth endpoints 10/15min per IP, agent key minting 30/hour, webhook registration 60/hour. 429 responses include `code: "rate_limited"`, a `Retry-After` header, and `X-RateLimit-Limit` / `X-RateLimit-Remaining` headers.
